About The Future CFO -FYLA Graduate Leadership Programme
The Future CFO Fulltime Youth Leadership Academy (-FYLA) Programme is a ground-breaking, world-class, and value-added professional finance and entrepreneurial leadership development programme for high potential matriculants -aged 21 and below. It is designed to identify young leaders ready to pursue tertiary studies, groom them to become Chartered Accountants -qualified with ACCA, CIMA or SAICA; and directly connect them to career-relevant opportunities with high potential for global business leadership. Our Future CFOs: FYLANs -as the select few who will gain admission and progress each year will be called -will be groomed over 3-6 years before being unleashed to commence their career journey to the top; with our continued guidance, support and mentorship!

3) GUARANTEED WORK-EXPERIENCE, JOB AND/OR OWN-BUSINESS VENTURE DURING THE PROGRAMME, OR UPON GRADUATION
The CA (SA) pathway of the programme allows you to still acquire the relevant Bachelor and Honours (CTA) Degree in Accounting -specifically through UNISA, BUT instead of letting you go find your own work experience, we actually negotiate and secure the most suitable and relevant work and leadership development experience (articles) opportunity for you, before preparing you to take your SAICA Board 1 and 2 Exams. As for the ACCA or CIMA pathways, we also secure the relevant work experience, and rest assured -no other University in South Africa has the requisite ACCA Approved or CIMA Advanced Partner Accreditation status to deliver these full-time!
